The room rate include the use of the spa area in the hotel building (sauna, infrared cabin, panoramic relaxation room), Wi-Fi, tea bar, a bottle of mineral water in the room upon arrival, rowing boat and city bike rental, as well as the parking lot.
Unless otherwise noted, the prices are per room and night, including VAT plus city tax.

Good to know
Check-in and check-out
On the day of departure, we will provide you with the room until 11.00 am. Late check-out after 11.00 is possible on request and for a fee.
Please note that the rooms cannot be occupied before 2 pm. Our front office is open till 22:00. Please let us know in advance when you will arrive after 18:00.
Accessibility
The “Graue Bär” consists of two building complexes. Our reception and restaurant are located in the main building. This is largely accessible. The hotel rooms and apartments, on the other hand, are located in the neighbouring building. There is no lift.
Payment
You can pay your hotel bill in cash, with EC or Maestro card, as well as with Master and VISA credit cards. We DO NOT accept American Express cards.
Breakfast
A buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:30 am to 9:30 am in the restaurant. A small breakfast before 7:30 is also possible on request. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies well ahead of your arrival!
Dogs
You are welcome, upon arranging with us, to bring your small dog (max. knee high with short fur). In the restaurant, as well as on the deck, we would ask you to keep your dog on a leash. Unfortunately, we cannot give your darling access to the wellness area or the sunbathing lawn. We charge 15 euros per day (without food) and ask that you bring a basket or blanket. We reserve the right to charge for any required cleaning.
In the SEEHAUS Apartments dogs are not allowed.
Cancellation
It is possible to cancel your room or apartment using the written form up to 5 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation, no-show, or early departure, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the room rate.
SEEHAUS Apartment bookings has different conditions.
Cancellation/travel insurance
In order to be prepared for emergencies, we recommend you take out travel insurance with our partner, ALLIANZ. (you can acquire it here online)
Parking
Parking is available for all guests free of charge.
For bicycles, we offer free storage in one of our garages.
Wellness area
The spa is open daily from 16:00 to 22:00 for our hotel guests. The panoramic relaxation area is open all day.
Desired reservations
We would be pleased to consider your requests. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee you a certain room in advance.
Additional people in the room
Not all of our rooms are suitable for children or additional persons. Please report all other fellow travellers ahead of your arrival, so that we can take this into account when assigning your room.
